‘Devon & Blakely is a fast-casual eatery currently in big cities like NY, Philly, and D.C.’
They will feature a coffee bar in mornings, and a lunch menu in the afternoon with a variety of soups, sandwiches and salads to go! ‘Eddie V’s is a Darden-owned restaurant chain known for high-end seafood‘
Eddie V’s will offer both lunch and dinner. Entree’s vary in price generally around $30-$40, w/ steak prices around $50. The space will span 11,000 sq ft with 100 sq ft on the square. The restaurant will also feature 300 different wine options! Click here for more information and their menu

The restaurant space was previously known as The Rusty Rudder, and is currently being renovated to make way for Hello Sailor. With beautiful views of the water, they will seat up to 65-70 inside, and will have a multi-level deck, tiki bar, and covered upper deck, seating up to 45, outside. Click here for more information
